About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer/Configuration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, configuring, and managing SharePoint environments, both on-premises and online, and will also have experience working with various other platforms and technologies in the Microsoft 365 product line. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement SharePoint-based solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online environments.
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, forms, and web parts.
- Migrate content and functionalities from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of SharePoint data.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to SharePoint users.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and configuration.
- Strong experience with both SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Knowledge of SharePoint REST API and Graph API.
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Power Automate, demonstrating a strong understanding of integration and automation capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
