Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
    arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of
    documents.
  • Assist in general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining
    office equipment.

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, handling confidential information
    with discretion.
  • Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively manage tasks to optimize their productivity.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between the Director and internal teams, ensuring clear
    dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
  • Liaise with external partners, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Director, maintaining
    professional relationships.
  • Effective communication with freelancers using Upwork, Fiverr or any other platform
    assigned by management.

Ad hoc Support:

  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Director.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist in resolving any urgent issues that may arise

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development and operations teams to understand application
    requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal both).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and
    prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable
    demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
    software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
