Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
arrangements. - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of
documents. - Assist in general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining
office equipment.
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, handling confidential information
with discretion. - Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively manage tasks to optimize their productivity.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between the Director and internal teams, ensuring clear
dissemination of information. - Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
- Liaise with external partners, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Director, maintaining
professional relationships. - Effective communication with freelancers using Upwork, Fiverr or any other platform
assigned by management.
Ad hoc Support:
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Director.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist in resolving any urgent issues that may arise
Collaboration:
- Work closely with development and operations teams to understand application
requirements and infrastructure needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal both).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and
prioritize effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable
demeanor. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
software. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
