Project Scope

Krystosoft proposed a hybrid solution utilizing Shopify for the front-end and a custom backend developed in .NET. This setup would enable DVAGO to synchronize their product inventory and pricing between Shopify and their existing retail management system, RetailPro. By using DVAGO’s retail outlets as fulfillment centers, the company could ensure quick and efficient customer service regardless of location. The backend system was designed to be operated by DVAGO’s existing call center agents, who received training to confirm orders. Once confirmed, orders would be automatically assigned to the appropriate retail store based on the customer’s location, streamlining the fulfillment process and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
