About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer/Configuration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, configuring, and managing SharePoint environments, both on-premises and online, and will also have experience working with various other platforms and technologies in the Microsoft 365 product line. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement SharePoint-based solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online environments.
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, forms, and web parts.
  • Migrate content and functionalities from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of SharePoint data.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and designs for a variety of mediums, including social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral
  • Design and create graphics, animations, and videos that communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging way
  • Edit and produce video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and social media clips
  • Manage and organize video and graphic assets in our digital asset management system
  • Conduct research and analysis of current design and video trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform design decisions
  • Work within project timelines and budget constraints
  • Present design concepts and ideas to the team and clients for feedback and approval
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technologies to continuously improve design and video production skills and techniques
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a video and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video production

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of video editing and motion graphics techniques
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
